Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Regional General Manager - APAC & MENA, you will be instrumental in driving our commercial success and expanding our market presence in Singapore.

• Influence Headout's growth within one of Asia's most competitive and dynamic travel and experiences sectors.

• Partner with supply associates and travel experience providers to enhance relationships and broaden our offerings.

• Provide outstanding value to our customers.

• Consistently cultivate relationships with our current Supply Partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential, along with fluency in Mandarin, Malay, or any other Asian language.

• Applicants must be currently residing in Singapore.

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, ideally within consumer tech, travel tech, or marketplace startups.

• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• A global perspective and comfort working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones across APAC.

• A start-up mentality — highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to get hands-on.

• Experience using a CRM; enthusiastic about learning and utilizing new tools.
