Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Expand our institutional OTC operations.

• Engage customers from traditional finance, cross-border payments, and the cryptocurrency sectors.

• Comprehend client requirements and collaborate with the product team to customize our offerings for specific market niches.

• Enhance sales for project market making/liquidity provision, ensuring clients feel excited from the outset.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract projects seeking market-making services.

• Market our trading infrastructure and execution capabilities to other traders with established strategies.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem, including VCs, banks, payment processors, fellow traders, lenders, and exchanges.

• Identify market trends and collaborate with teams and executives to introduce new products.

• Oversee client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in market-making/OTC in a Business Developer role or similar position.

• In-depth knowledge of OTC trading in cryptocurrency or forex.

• Demonstrated success in securing complex, high-value partnership agreements (over $10M in deal value).

• Prior experience in OTC product sales and development.

• A vast network within the cryptocurrency sector, including relationships with VCs, investors, foundations, traders, and industry leaders.

• Connections in cross-border payments and remittances are considered advantageous.

• A passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a strategic approach to fostering business growth.

• Proficient in English.
