• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and development of BDRs
• Manage BDRs by recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing a high-achieving team
• Provide coaching to representatives through shadowing, call evaluations, messaging refinement, and structured feedback sessions to enhance their skills and prepare them for future positions as AEs
• Collaborate with Enablement to provide monthly training for BDRs (including messaging, objection handling, and product/industry knowledge)
• Implement scalable outbound initiatives (via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video)
• Initiate Account Based Marketing strategies with Marketing for top ideal customer profile accounts to establish a repeatable and scalable account-based prospecting approach
• Manage BDR processes in Salesforce (and related tools): lead/account routing, sequence governance, stage definitions, and data hygiene
• Take ownership of top-of-funnel performance metrics, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and robust conversion into qualified opportunities
• Conduct funnel diagnostics and cohort analyses to pinpoint bottlenecks; convert insights into actionable experiments and updates to playbooks
• Utilize the BDR tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, conversational intelligence); suggest new tools to enhance efficiency
• Guarantee adherence to security, privacy, and data handling standards in all prospecting efforts.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS pipeline generation roles, with a minimum of 2 years leading high-performing BDR teams
• Proven track record in managing pipeline creation at scale and achieving ARR targets in rapidly growing environments
• Extensive knowledge in designing outbound programs and ABM-adjacent strategies
• Proficiency with modern revenue tools: Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, calendaring/booking tools (e.g., Chili Piper), and routing tools (e.g., LeanData)
• Familiarity with enterprise data risk, e-discovery, privacy, or cybersecurity domains is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
