• Identify, pursue, engage, and secure direct sales opportunities across the UK.
• Build, oversee, and advance a strong pipeline of new business prospects with precise forecasting, utilizing MEDDPICC to qualify and progress deals.
• Proactively prospect to generate self-sourced opportunities in addition to managing inbound leads.
• Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales processes, fostering relationships with decision-makers, champions, and procurement contacts to drive momentum and achieve consensus.
• Develop persuasive value propositions and commercial cases that align Everway’s solutions with customer needs and strategic priorities.
• Achieve targets for ARR, logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Technical Support to facilitate pipeline development and deal progression.
• Represent Everway at events and exhibitions.
• Maintain precise CRM records and analyze KPIs to monitor progress, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and secure new business.
• Experience managing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, including advancing and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, create value-based propositions, and effectively handle objections.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM; proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with capacity to manage multiple opportunities efficiently.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC (training can be provided).
