This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance and fortify our network of resellers and partners to boost market presence in Germany by formulating a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and transform leads into enduring opportunities.
• Acquire new clients in sectors such as Charge Point Operators (CPO) and resellers.
• Oversee tender processes.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted industries.
• Maintain a competitive edge in the market through product knowledge and insights into competitors.
• Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the EV sector is a considerable advantage, particularly in B2B sales.
• Strong background in securing tenders and/or establishing partner networks.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities with the capacity to influence C-level decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
• A self-starter role with the autonomy to enhance market positioning.
