• Proactively identify new business prospects and create demand with premium agencies and direct clients throughout the region.
• Take full ownership of meeting and surpassing revenue and profitability objectives.
• Oversee the sales process from initial lead generation to closing, onboarding new clients, and ensuring their ongoing success.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the Czech Republic to guarantee optimal market representation for Eskimi.
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrating success in digital advertising and/or digital sales, with a proven history of closing deals and achieving targets.
• A comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape and the ability to navigate it effectively.
• A well-established network of relationships within advertising agencies and major brands.
• A strong enthusiasm for understanding client requirements and devising solutions that provide outstanding value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in the local language along with a strong command of both written and spoken English.
