This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities to establish a robust sales pipeline.
• Utilize three primary lead sources: Partnerships, Marketing, and Self-generated outbound efforts (with a core focus).
• Manage and nurture approximately 25 opportunities each year, which includes around 6 self-generated leads.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from value identification to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Ensure that every opportunity receives a touchpoint every 30 days.
• Advance opportunities to the next stage within a timeframe of 45–90 days.
• Maintain precise and current records in Salesforce, including opportunity values and closing plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to foster collective success.
• Effectively communicate value propositions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a strong ambassador for Enfuce within the market.
• Strong discovery and questioning abilities to engage senior decision-makers.
• Capability to sustain momentum in intricate sales discussions.
• In-depth knowledge of the card payments industry and CaaS solutions.
• Experience in managing multiple opportunities and steering them towards successful outcomes.
• Consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional presentation skills suitable for C-level and technical audiences.
