• Expand the Flexim Business and enhance the product expertise and strategies of account managers in the Gulf West District.
• Drive sales across various sectors, including Building Automation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, W&WW, Power Generation, and Refining.
• Work in tandem with the Regional Manager to synchronize sales and marketing strategies, encompassing campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Act as the main liaison for distributors and customers regarding all product and application needs.
• Develop and execute a market business plan in collaboration with Regional Managers and the Regional Sales Director to meet budget objectives.
• Discover new applications, submarkets, and growth prospects while keeping track of market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Lead, inspire, train, and cultivate distributors and end users on flow metering applications.
• Provide consistent progress updates and insights to senior leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, a Technical field, or a related discipline.
• At least six (6) years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of three (3) years in sales or marketing.
• Practical experience with non-intrusive Ultrasonic Flow Technology.
• Willingness to travel 60-70% within the district.
• A valid driver's license.
