This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic Mapping: Identify and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments while gaining a comprehensive understanding of various industry verticals.
• List Architecture: Create and validate targeted account lists from the ground up, ensuring there is no overlap with the junior outbound team.
• Messaging Iteration: Formulate, assess, and adjust messaging frameworks by vertical. You will be expected to discover effective strategies through data-informed experimentation.
• High-Level Engagement: Foster genuine two-way conversations with Founders, Operators, and C-Suite executives—not merely "pitching," but engaging in consultative selling.
• Rigorous Qualification: Accurately assess prospects using the BANT framework to guarantee high-quality transitions and eliminate "pricing shock" for the leadership team.
• Process Ownership: Function autonomously with minimal supervision, organizing your own schedule to balance research, strategy, and execution.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of established B2B outbound experience.
• Background: You possess a track record in selling services, beyond just SaaS, and understand how to convey intangible value.
• Skillset: Outstanding written English skills and the capacity to articulate intricate value propositions.
• Mindset: You are a "builder" capable of developing a pipeline from scratch while critically evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Independence: You excel in an autonomous environment and prefer to be evaluated based on outcomes (qualified opportunities) rather than mere input (volume of dials).
