This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee all Pharma/Healthcare shipments, coordinating their movement and monitoring them while in transit.
• Manage shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to DSV policies as well as Pharmaceutical and governmental regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process all inbound and outbound requirements efficiently, adhering to agreed time frames.
• Engage in direct communication with customers, overseas offices, airlines, ocean carriers, and truckers.
• Daily oversee and coordinate shipments.
• Collaborate with overseas offices/agents to organize air and ocean shipments effectively.
• Develop and coordinate schedules with carriers and manage shipment tendering/dispatching.
• Create and prepare necessary shipping documents.
• Work with customs brokers and agencies to arrange customs clearance and release for import shipments.
• Track and trace all shipments diligently.
• Prepare and distribute reports as necessary.
• Proactively identify issues and swiftly implement suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment updates, issues, and resolutions.
• Confirm rates and service levels with carriers.
• Responsible for reconciling payables and approving vendor invoices.
• Provide quotes for clients and other network offices/agents.
• Assess shipments, consolidate loads, and select the most cost-effective pickup and/or delivery methods.
• Investigate non-conformities and collaborate with Quality teams to develop corrective actions.
• Ensure all DSV KPIs are met throughout the shipment process.
• At least three years of experience in the international transportation industry.
• Educational background in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field.
• CIFFA certificate is considered an asset.
• Pharmaceutical certification (GDP/GMP), DSV Pharma QMS, etc., is beneficial.
• Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR) designation is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written command of the English language.
• Ability to foster collaborative engagements and practice active listening.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Capable of multitasking, planning, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to meet goals and achieve results.
