This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate potential leads through various channels, including phone, email, social media messaging, and any other available media.

• Oversee a sales pipeline encompassing qualification, pricing, contract negotiations, forecasting, and closing both won and lost opportunities.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for capability demonstrations, submitted proposals, and newly acquired business.

• Become a Subject Matter Expert by gaining a deep understanding of our products, the effects of our services on clients' businesses, and insights that can enhance clients' success.

• Build and sustain relationships with prospects, key clients, and stakeholders, including clinical research sites and academic institutions.

• Employ CRM software to monitor and manage sales activities while documenting customer interactions.

• Keep informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products and services.

• Engage in ongoing development of sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-directed learning to improve sales performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies and plans aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and establishing trust.

• Strong integrity: behaves ethically, treats everyone with respect, and is willing to acknowledge mistakes and express disagreement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, monitor activities, and analyze sales data.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events as required.
