This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the primary leader and expert in Pole Barn Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, IT, and other key departments.
• Establish a clear vision and strategy for the Pole Barn Sales division.
• Drive initiatives that position CBB as the frontrunner in Pole Barn Sales across various go-to-market channels and brands.
• Develop and oversee the execution of the Pole Barn Sales plan.
• Take responsibility for the financial performance of the Pole Barn business.
• Create and execute the digital roadmap, manufacturing capabilities/requirements, and pricing/product positioning.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building materials, construction products, post-frame construction, pole barns, metal roofing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in business development, project management, estimating, inside sales, outside sales, operations, or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction-related products.
• Preferred experience working with vendors, suppliers, and distribution networks.
• Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
