This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Utilize effective territory planning and relationship cultivation to meet annual sales targets and personal performance goals.
• Enhance results by balancing new business development and servicing existing clients within the assigned area, aligned with company objectives and policies.
• Manage sales for all customers within the defined territory, serving as the primary contact for CooperVision to achieve sustainable, year-on-year sales growth.
• Achieve sales targets, including revenue and product sales mix.
• Oversee daily management of the territory, designated customers, and CooperVision's products and services.
• Develop and launch new products on behalf of the Company to maximize available opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CooperVision's products, clinical and technical details, product strategy, market positioning, and brand messaging to assist clients in selecting the most suitable options.
• Adhere to the daily contact goals established for each working day and month.
• Optimize travel time to enhance prospecting activities and customer visit efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for retail staff, either individually or in collaboration with Professional Services, to enhance knowledge of CooperVision's products and placements.
• Organize and implement clinical training in partnership with the Professional Services team to boost employees' clinical understanding and build brand loyalty.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Area Managers and Business Development Managers within the account structure to facilitate commercial, retail training, and educational initiatives.
• Serve the company's customer base and coordinate with local Customer Service to ensure service levels meet expectations.
• Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings as needed, enhancing the customer experience when interacting with CooperVision’s team members.
• Attend all sales meetings to ensure alignment with the Company’s direction, action plans, and performance requirements across various work areas.
• Accurately complete all reporting and administrative tasks as directed, including maintaining the designated CRM system and a comprehensive set of customer records for the area, ensuring shared knowledge benefits the company.
• Perform other related responsibilities connected to the Company's operations.
• Sales professional with experience in a professional sales setting, capable of managing a large geographical sales territory.
• Ability to positively influence prospective and existing customers.
• Proven track record of achievement (target accomplishments) from organizations that necessitate strong interpersonal skills to influence at all management levels.
• Clear understanding of ROI, forecasting tools, and financial assessment tools.
• Enhanced listening and empathy skills.
• Familiarity with investigative questioning techniques.
