• Oversee the sales management of all clients within the assigned territory, serving as the primary point of contact for CooperVision, with the goal of achieving sustainable, year-over-year sales growth. Meeting sales targets, including revenue and product sales mix.
• Manage daily operations within the territory, focusing on designated customers and CooperVision’s offerings.
• Develop and launch new products on behalf of the Company to capitalize on available opportunities.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of CooperVision’s products, clinical and technical information, product strategy, market positioning, and brand messaging to assist customers in selecting the most suitable options for their needs.
• Adhere to a daily quota of customer contacts per workday and per month. Optimize travel time to enhance prospecting efforts and improve the efficiency of customer visits.
• Deliver training programs to retail staff, either individually or in collaboration with Professional Services, to enhance knowledge of CooperVision’s products and their placement.
• Organize and conduct clinical training in partnership with the Professional Services team to bolster employees' clinical knowledge and foster brand loyalty.
• Build strong relationships with Area Managers and Sales Representatives within the account structure to facilitate commercial, retail training, and educational initiatives.
• Serve the company's customer base and collaborate with local Customer Service to ensure service levels are maintained and meet account expectations.
• Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings as necessary, enhancing the customer experience during interactions with CooperVision’s team members.
• Attend all sales meetings to ensure comprehension of the Company’s direction, action plans, and performance expectations across various work areas.
• Accurately complete all reporting and administrative responsibilities as required, including maintaining the designated CRM system and a comprehensive set of customer records for the assigned area to ensure knowledge is shared for the benefit of the company.
• Perform any other related duties associated with the Company’s business.
• Sales professional experienced in a professional sales environment, capable of managing a large geographical sales territory.
• Ability to positively influence prospective and existing customers.
• Proven track record of achieving targets from organizations that demand strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management.
• Clear understanding of ROI, forecasting methods, and financial assessment tools.
• Enhanced listening and empathy skills.
• Knowledge of investigative questioning techniques.
