This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify new business opportunities within K–12 school districts, proactively generating demand by engaging with relevant communities.
• Carry out both inbound and outbound prospecting calls and activities to establish meaningful connections with key stakeholders in education.
• Take ownership of your territory by developing a comprehensive understanding of your market and adopting a structured, proactive approach to maximize every opportunity available.
• Build and diligently manage a sales pipeline that, supported by accurate forecasting data, will enable you to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM utilization, ensuring that Salesforce remains up-to-date and is used as a fundamental tool for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Participate in EdTech events and conferences, create tailored campaigns, and serve as a brand ambassador for ClickView.
• Identify the appropriate influencers and decision-makers within each school district or educational institution.
• Develop and sustain relationships with K–12 decision-makers to guarantee high platform usage and strong customer renewals.
• Establish relationships with customers to raise awareness and visibility of ClickView while promoting the advantages of video in the classroom.
• Assist in influencing product-market fit through ongoing research and customer feedback.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in EdTech and K–12 sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the K–12 landscape, including how schools and districts assess and procure technology.
• Target-oriented individual who is also a committed team player.
• A self-motivated professional with a successful history in new business development, customer experience, and sales strategy.
• Highly organized and methodical, demonstrating strong personal discipline in sales processes and pipeline management.
• Confident in working independently and taking full responsibility for a territory.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customers and events regularly.
• A data-driven mindset capable of analyzing sales metrics and pinpointing areas for growth.
• Proven experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM as a core component of your sales process—not merely for reporting but for planning and pipeline management.
