This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role holds primary sales responsibility for a designated region, focusing on cultivating business relationships with Strategic IDNs and end user customers.

• This position collaborates with Marketing, Sales Management, and Customer Service teams.

• A strategic mindset is essential to drive the execution of prioritized initiatives in alignment with the company's overarching objectives and goals.

• Formulate a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving top-line growth tailored to identified priority areas within the region.

• Engage in discussions to develop business strategies with End-Users that align with overall objectives and include specific action items with assigned timelines for achievement.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within IDNs, End-Users, regional contract management, regional GPOs, and other relevant entities in each market.

• Create and implement a timely communication plan for the sales organization, End-Users, and Distributors.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts that provide opportunities for business expansion while continuously seeking methods to minimize potential costs associated with these contracts.

• Review and assess market conditions to make necessary adjustments ensuring the sales plans are met, including consulting with end users, benchmarking against other suppliers, evaluating alternative sales partners, and modifying prioritized focus as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) or 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong market presence, demonstrated by a track record of promotions and recognition over a professional experience span of 3 to 5 years.

• Previous experience in the industry is anticipated for the successful candidate.

• Established relationships with major partners are preferred.
