This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Generation of pipelines and prospecting. Take charge of the Singapore pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound qualification, referrals, ecosystem partnerships, and event participation — pinpointing and prioritizing key accounts across exchanges, financial institutions, VASPs, protocols, and service providers.
• Comprehensive deal execution. Manage opportunities from start to finish: discovery, collaboration with technical teams, proposal and commercial structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Solution positioning. Cultivate the expertise to credibly present CertiK’s offerings — including audits, formal verification, penetration testing, on-chain surveillance, AML/compliance tools, and incident response — and align them with specific clients' risk, regulatory, and commercial challenges.
• Account management and growth. Maintain relationships post-sale, drive renewals and expansions, and serve as the primary commercial contact for the client.
• Partnerships and ecosystem development. Establish channel and referral partnerships with law firms, consultancies, custodians, infrastructure providers, and industry associations to broaden CertiK’s market influence.
• Market intelligence and insights. Monitor the competitive landscape and pricing strategies, capture field insights, and relay findings for pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration. Partner with policy, product, engineering, and marketing teams to create proposals, materials, and campaigns that secure business, and collaborate with regional leadership on territory strategies and forecasting.
• Reporting and CRM management. Ensure precise pipeline data, forecasts, and activity logs; report against established quarterly objectives.
• Handle ad hoc requests.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Experience in a Web3 security, blockchain analytics, RegTech, or cybersecurity company is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of smart contract security, on-chain analytics, AML/CFT, or virtual asset compliance concepts. Familiarity with the digital asset and blockchain landscape, as well as security and compliance challenges faced by institutions in this market.
• Established connections within the Singapore or broader Southeast Asian digital asset, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present to senior and technical audiences. Proficiency in an additional Asian language is a bonus.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple opportunities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess the right to work in Singapore or be eligible to obtain one.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
