This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster positive working relationships with designated key accounts through the implementation of new products, marketing initiatives, problem resolution, and management of supply logistics.
• Enhance sales opportunities within specific North American regions by nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding business with new accounts.
• Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with ASUS Product Management, Inside Sales, and the Marketing team.
• Plan and participate in customer or industry events.
• Conduct routine communications with customers and prepare sales reports.
• Perform customer business reviews.
• Work collaboratively on inventory management, including weekly sales and inventory analysis.
• Analyze competitiveness of key accounts.
• Provide customer service by escalating issues and delivering solutions.
• Manage customer online listings and content.
• Ensure effective time management.
• Carry out additional project-based tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in the PC or Consumer Electronics sector.
• Previous roles in sales, product management, business development, purchasing, merchandising, or similar positions.
• Experience with national distribution and/or sales in NSP Enterprise, SMB, or Government Education sectors.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and skills in PC, Gaming, Consumer Electronics, and related ecosystems.
• Proficient in using office productivity software, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of utilizing AI tools for enhanced productivity.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Confident in engaging and communicating with new contacts.
• Skilled in presenting to small and medium-sized audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Possess leadership qualities and charismatic interpersonal skills.
