📋 Description

• Forge and Maintain Robust Relationships: You will be tasked with cultivating, sustaining, and retaining vital relationships with Mortgage Brokers, ensuring that our products and services remain prominent while driving business expansion in your area.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, guaranteeing that all communications are prompt, clear, and effective.

• Collaborate with the Underwriting team to address client requirements and ensure smooth file processing.

• Utilize your business connections to discover potential clients and broaden the Broker network.

• Advocate for Products and Services: Continuously enhance your understanding of Bridgewater Bank’s offerings and the mortgage sector to better assist your clients.

• Participate in industry events and provide insightful market feedback to enhance products and services.

• Stay ahead of market trends to pinpoint new opportunities and innovative solutions for your clients.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work in close partnership with Underwriting, Marketing, and internal teams to guarantee that all client needs are fulfilled, risks are minimized, and opportunities are optimized.

• Coordinate efforts with the internal marketing team to synchronize strategies and gain insights into market dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the mortgage sector.

• You have achieved your AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation.
