This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan for West and Central India, in alignment with the company's goals and market dynamics.
• Discover, assess, and integrate new distributors and partners within the region, ensuring coverage in essential markets and sectors.
• Seek and capitalize on new business opportunities that correspond with the company's growth objectives.
• Foster and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Analyze market data to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present information to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.
• More than 5 years of experience in the **electronic security industry** or a related field.
• Sales experience specifically in the West and Central India region, operating from **Mumbai**.
• Strong technical expertise in electronic security systems, which includes access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals, presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in creating and executing successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at the executive level.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, recognize customer needs, and formulate effective solutions.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
• A robust combination of technical acumen, sales proficiency, and strong communication skills.
• **Conversational proficiency in English and Hindi.**
