This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities, develop impactful marketing strategies, and successfully close deals.
• Examine market trends, analyze data, and gather customer feedback to make informed decisions and modify strategies based on market insights.
• Design and implement sales and marketing initiatives to generate initial sales leads and build relationships with early adopters in the market.
• Oversee the development of new partnership opportunities in the market, along with managing the existing lead and partner pipeline.
• Organize and carry out training and onboarding processes for each assigned partner.
• Assist the sales efforts of assigned partners by participating in sales meetings or negotiations for initial customers, qualifying leads, and providing necessary training and materials.
• Facilitate the partnership discussion process, which includes enhancing sales pitch content, aligning on initial target customers, and negotiating pricing and contracts to optimize profitability.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with our partners, ensuring alignment of our short, medium, and long-term goals with those of our partners.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership, or channel sales management.
• Proficient in English, Italian, and/or Spanish.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, along with delivering engaging presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Networking capabilities for building and nurturing relationships: establishing partnerships, generating leads, and enhancing the company's market presence.
• Competent in analyzing challenges and formulating creative solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and explore new business domains, taking initiative and maintaining a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment.
• **Preferred Experiences**
• Experience in Radiology Equipment or AI-based Software.
• Familiarity with the latest technology and experience in a rapidly growing business.
• Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience working in a start-up setting.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Work type: Full time under EOR.
