• Establish and maintain robust relationships with auto dealerships and auto repair shops by providing outstanding service and continuous support in person.
• Gain a thorough understanding of dealership and shop operations related to the buying and selling of auto parts, identify their primary challenges, and devise solutions to enhance business interactions.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives and broadening our customer base.
• Propel market expansion through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates and detailed reports to clients on a daily and weekly basis.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Strong aptitude for building and maintaining high-level business relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales with a successful track record of closing deals.
• Previous experience in the automotive parts industry is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the designated territory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with CRM systems.
