This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and cultivate robust relationships with auto dealerships and repair shops by providing outstanding service and continuous support in person.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of dealership and shop operations regarding the procurement and sales of auto parts, identify their primary challenges, and devise solutions to enhance business interactions.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives while broadening our customer base.
• Propel market expansion through cold calls, networking, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Remain updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive environment.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and client engagements, offering regular updates and detailed reports to clients on a daily and weekly basis.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales with a proven history of successfully closing deals.
• Background in the automotive parts industry is preferred.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Strong capability to establish and maintain high-level business relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the designated territory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with CRM systems.
