• Establish and cultivate robust relationships with auto dealerships and auto repair facilities by providing outstanding service and continuous support in person.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership and shop operations related to the procurement and sales of auto parts, identify their primary challenges, and develop effective solutions.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives while broadening our customer base.
• Propel market growth through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product information, and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates and comprehensive reports to clients on a daily and weekly basis.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong aptitude for building and maintaining high-level business relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales with a proven record of successfully closing deals.
• Experience in the automotive parts sector is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the designated territory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with CRM systems.
