• Lead sales initiatives in the designated region by developing and implementing strategies that capitalize on local operational service offerings, access to ABB Rep Network customers, and OEM/Distribution channels.
• Sustain and increase service volume at designated traditional ABB EL Services accounts while ensuring accurate and timely records of all prospects in ABB's CRM System.
• Build robust relationships with ABB Representatives; execute account planning and monitoring processes.
• Work in conjunction with ABB’s C&I and OEM, as well as the Utility sales team, to utilize established connections with distributors, OEMs, and Utility clients to advocate for the ABB EL Services portfolio.
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (OR a High School Diploma/GED accompanied by at least 10 years of experience in industrial or utility sales).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical power studies, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protective relaying.
• Proven track record in generating new customer volume and expanding trade areas.
• Preferred industry experience in Marine, Utilities, Manufacturing, Material Handling, Pharmaceutical, Water/Waste Water, Metals, Mining, Pulp and Paper, and/or Chemical and Petrochemical.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial and utility applications for services, repairs, and products is preferred.
• Must possess a work authorization that allows employment with ABB in the US.
