• Lead the strategic growth of ®em-trak across the United States and the wider Americas.
• Enhance distributor performance and create collaborative growth strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate dealer networks, pinpoint high-potential partners, and spearhead enablement initiatives.
• Focus on high-value verticals and formulate customized strategies.
• Represent ®em-trak at regional industry events and assist with targeted marketing efforts.
• Coordinate regional activities with global sales and product teams.
• Outstanding business development or regional sales experience in marine electronics or other related technical fields (such as aerospace, communications, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in markets driven by distributors and development of dealer networks.
• Experience in collaborating with manufacturers’ representatives.
• Strong commercial insight combined with technical knowledge to effectively engage with OEMs, installers, and integrators.
• Experience in marine electronics is highly beneficial.
