• Enhance distributor effectiveness, create collaborative growth strategies, and ensure alignment with ®em-trak’s brand, product, and margin goals.
• Work together with manufacturers’ representatives to optimize territory coverage.
• Map and evaluate dealer networks, identify high-potential partners, and lead initiatives such as training and trade show participation to boost demand and value propositions.
• Focus on high-value sectors (e.g., commercial retrofit, OEM, government), devise customized strategies, and strengthen OEM and integrator partnerships.
• Represent ®em-trak at regional industry events, bolster brand credibility, and support targeted marketing efforts aligned with channel strategies.
• Coordinate regional activities with global sales and product teams, share market insights, and contribute to long-term regional growth planning.
• Outstanding business development or regional sales experience within marine electronics or similar technical fields (aerospace, communications, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in distributor-led markets and dealer network expansion.
• Experience in collaboration with manufacturers’ representatives.
• Strong commercial understanding paired with technical knowledge to effectively engage with OEMs, installers, and integrators.
• Experience in marine electronics is highly beneficial.
