This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from initial discovery calls to the successful integration of AI solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with potential clients to foster revenue growth.
• Assist throughout the entire sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, presentations, proof of concepts (PoCs), negotiations, and closing deals.
• Create and present engaging presentations, proposals, and business cases.
• Track sales performance metrics and aid in forecasting and pipeline management.
• Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
• Provide the product team with insights into the changing needs of the market.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or consulting within a B2B context.
• Previous exposure to the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech sectors.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning.
