πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Drive the acquisition of new logos among enterprise clients

β€’ Build and oversee a pipeline of high-value opportunities in AI and Generative AI

β€’ Prospect through various channels, including personal networks, partnerships, and industry events

β€’ Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

β€’ Develop and implement strategic plans for pursuing complex deals

β€’ Position AI, data, and engineering solutions to meet client business objectives

β€’ Foster relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, Engineering Leaders)

β€’ Facilitate solution discussions and value-driven sales conversations

β€’ Navigate intricate buying groups and lengthy enterprise sales cycles

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated AI solutions

β€’ Work alongside account managers and other Business Development Managers (BDMs) to expand opportunities

β€’ Utilize alliance partners and ecosystems to generate leads

β€’ Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets in the range of $5M–$10M

β€’ Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and reporting

β€’ Monitor opportunities and sales activities within CRM systems


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (MBA or technical background preferred)

β€’ Over 15 years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or software solutions

β€’ Demonstrated success in selling AI, data, or digital transformation services

β€’ Proven track record in acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth

β€’ Experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

β€’ Ability to engage and influence senior executives

β€’ Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

β€’ Established network within the enterprise technology sector or industry verticals
