This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance LG’s footprint within a designated hospitality territory, concentrating on new construction, renovation, conversion, and replacement prospects.
• Oversee a portfolio comprising hotel ownership and management groups; assist in large, intricate projects in collaboration with Regional and National Hospitality teams.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies that align with KPIs, revenue targets, and overarching hospitality business goals.
• Act as the primary daily contact for end customers, authorized resellers, and internal LG stakeholders to facilitate deal execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture robust senior-level relationships with customers and partners, positioning LG as a long-term strategic advisor.
• Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle; maintain precise pipeline, forecasting, and CRM (Salesforce) data.
• Present and sell LG’s comprehensive hospitality offerings, working collaboratively across functions to support bundled and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Pricing/Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Service to coordinate promotions, availability, pricing, and execution.
• Assist with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and regional promotions; offer market and competitive insights to guide strategic planning.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, pricing conversations, roadmap presentations, and ongoing account communications.
• Travel up to 60% to customer locations, reseller meetings, and industry events to foster business development.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, AV, display, or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and meeting sales objectives.
• In-depth understanding of the hospitality sector, including ownership/management frameworks and project-based sales cycles.
• Experience in selling technology solutions such as hospitality TVs, digital signage, or AV systems.
• High proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
• Strong technical sales skills, adept presentation abilities, and relationship-building expertise.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude with experience in cross-functional, team-oriented settings.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 60%.
