This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout North America in the engineered materials and technical industrial product sectors.
• Discover and establish new industrial applications, customer segments, and specification-driven prospects.
• Forge relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, industrial clients, converters, distributors, and fabricators.
• Propel industrial market development initiatives within manufacturing-centric environments.
• Position engineered materials and technical industrial solutions tailored to customer-specific applications.
• Generate commercial momentum across various industrial sectors and manufacturing end markets.
• Work in close collaboration with international engineering, production, product, and commercial teams.
• Aid the growth of the North American commercial framework while maintaining personal involvement in customer development and business expansion efforts.
• Contribute to the development of pipelines, market strategies, customer targeting, and initiatives for commercial growth.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, technical discussions, and industry events.
• Proven experience in selling technical industrial products or materials within manufacturing settings.
• Track record of opening new markets, forming customer relationships, and pursuing industrial applications or commercial opportunities.
• Aptitude for developing business and identifying growth opportunities across industrial markets.
• Comfortable navigating multiple manufacturing sectors and industrial customer landscapes.
• A blend of hands-on business development experience coupled with commercial leadership responsibilities.
• A practical, entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth within commercial contexts.
• Knowledge of how technical products and materials are integrated into industrial customer applications.
