Business Development Lead – Influencer Sponsorship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee your sales pipeline for new advertisers, managing everything from outreach and discovery to proposal and closure.

• Develop and expand a portfolio of target brands and agencies within key verticals.

• Promote the complete spectrum of Creator Network services, including creator sponsorships, branded content, and integrated programs.

• Finalize deals, with assistance on larger enterprise packages.

• Organize creator audiences, formats, and deliverables into programs aligned with advertiser goals and KPIs.

• Collaborate with creators, editorial, and production teams to define deliverables that safeguard both brand results and creator authenticity.

• Assist the Director in high-level discussions with brands and agencies.

• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Editorial, Creator Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing to implement programs.

• Contribute to proposal presentations, business reviews, and discussions about renewals and upselling.

• Monitor revenue and gross profit while prioritizing and structuring deals.

• Identify market insights and emerging opportunities within the creator space and verticals.

• Represent Money Group at industry events and conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creator/influencer marketing, branded content, media sales, digital advertising, or sponsorship sales.

• At least 2 years of experience in closing deals and managing sales cycles with quota accountability.

• Comprehensive understanding of the creator economy and brand evaluations of creator partnerships.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
