• Define and implement the growth strategy for the North America biopharma ecosystem, encompassing key TechBio companies, drug discovery independent software vendors (ISVs), pharmaceutical organizations, and ecosystem partners.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with strategic customers and partners, including lighthouse accounts that can showcase the value of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing for biopharma research and development (R&D).
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to create opportunities, assist in account planning, build a robust pipeline, and progress strategic deals.
• Work alongside product, solution architecture, developer relations, and ISV teams to develop healthcare and life sciences solutions that cater to high-value workflows in drug discovery, genomics, clinical development, and biopharma R&D.
• Formulate joint business plans with ISVs and AI Native discovery platforms, incorporating shared goals, technical roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and measurable success indicators.
• Create scalable sales strategies, partner initiatives, and enablement materials that assist NVIDIA teams in enhancing adoption throughout the biopharma ecosystem.
• Engage with cloud service providers, global system integrators, software partners, and channel teams to establish collaborative go-to-market programs that broaden NVIDIA’s influence in life sciences.
• Monitor business performance metrics including pipeline, revenue, partner advancement, customer adoption, and quarterly business forecasts within your area of responsibility.
• Act as an external representative of NVIDIA to senior leaders in the biopharma, TechBio, and life sciences software ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of sales or business development experience in Biopharma technology, with a consistent record of managing an overlay sales organization.
• Profound understanding of applications and workflows that leverage Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI.
• Established positive relationships with executives within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
• Proven track record of selling to and through the healthcare life science ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating positive partnerships with large organizations.
• Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and a confirmed ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience in leading and negotiating complex deal negotiations and alliances.
• Familiarity with enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms, both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% or more.
