• Build and oversee a targeted pipeline that includes outbound efforts, referrals, re-engagement of past clients, and reactivation initiatives.
• Take ownership of the top-of-funnel strategy, encompassing the definition of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), qualification criteria, and prioritization of outreach.
• Create and implement account plans for key prospects and significant growth accounts.
• Lead and steer initial client conversations to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct introductory calls, qualification discussions, and preliminary commercial dialogues.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up protocols after significant interactions, including documented next steps, deadlines, and updates to the CRM within 24 hours.
• Propel opportunity momentum during proposal and decision phases, particularly when deals face delays.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, creative, and operations teams on account segmentation, list readiness, nurturing strategies, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure seamless internal transitions with comprehensive context, history, and clearly defined subsequent steps.
• Initiate 30/60/90-day post-event business development outreach to discover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Executive team on strategic re-engagement initiatives for priority accounts.
• Identify and synthesize commercial signals, market insights, and category opportunities that can be converted into pipeline and revenue.
• Maintain and enhance CRM workflows, pipeline monitoring, and reporting precision.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, agency sales, partnerships, or roles focused on experiential/new business.
• Demonstrated proficiency in outbound prospecting and building strong relationships.
• Proven experience in developing account strategies and prioritizing outreach based on revenue potential.
• Ability to operate effectively within a structured environment, ensuring follow-through and CRM discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining pace and quality of documentation.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM is highly preferred.
