• Take charge of and implement outbound campaigns from strategy formulation to execution — including copy creation, sequencing, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conference attendee directories, various internal tools, and industry databases.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize new accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — including payers, providers, vendors, and value-based care organizations.
• Qualify incoming leads and transform them into viable sales opportunities.
• Oversee Grapefruit Health's CRM system (we utilize Attio) — ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, stage definitions, and comprehensive reporting.
• Create and sustain dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into pipeline health and activity metrics.
• Develop and document outbound processes, playbooks, and templates that can scale as the company expands.
• Represent Grapefruit Health at healthcare industry conferences such as HLTH, ViVE, AHIP, Becker's, and others.
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry with 3+ years of experience selling to payers, health systems, ACOs, or value-based care organizations.
• Proven track record of securing meetings and generating pipeline through outbound efforts — including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
• Experience managing a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar) with a strong emphasis on data hygiene.
• Capability to sell complex solutions with deal sizes ranging from $100K to $1M annually.
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Outstanding written communication skills — you craft messages that elicit responses.
• Willingness and ability to travel to 4–8 conferences each year.
