This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive the acquisition of new clients in Germany and Poland.
• Develop and implement market strategies focused on specific sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Oversee intricate RFP processes and manage commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams.
• Represent Collinson at major industry events.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Financial Services.
• A strong history of surpassing targets and successfully closing complex deals.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
• A strong network in Germany and/or Poland is a plus.
• Experience in loyalty, travel, or customer engagement solutions is advantageous.
• Work with prestigious global brands in the travel, finance, and retail sectors.
