• Take charge of and automate the bi-weekly funnel review data process: extract opportunity data from Salesforce, create and maintain pipeline waterfall charts and performance visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint, and ensure that every Business Development representative's slides accurately display current TCV, close dates, forecast status, and risk indicators, making sure leadership reviews are based on data and ready for decision-making.
• Enhance Salesforce data integrity and drive process improvements: audit essential fields for completeness and accuracy, assist in the implementation of new Salesforce workflows (including key updates within the platform and risk fields), and design dashboards or automations that minimize manual tasks in the funnel review operating model.
• Evaluate pipeline health and extract insights that influence bookings: monitor funnel factors, stage conversion rates and velocity, attrition, and forecast versus gap positioning throughout the team's opportunity portfolio, identifying trends, deficiencies, and emerging risks that guide revenue and bookings strategy.
• Assist with strategic account planning: help maintain and enrich account plans structured within the GOSRT framework (Goals, Objectives, Strategy, Results, Tactics), including stakeholder mapping, drug pipeline documentation, and opportunity identification for PathAI's top biopharma partnerships.
• Prepare materials for QBRs, board reviews, and cross-functional strategy meetings: aid in compiling analyses of bookings versus targets, snapshots of account performance, and summaries of growth opportunities that leadership utilizes to allocate resources and establish strategic priorities.
• Gain insights into biopharma conference strategy and market execution: contribute to planning workstreams for conferences, including targeting strategies and post-event follow-up coordination, providing a close look at how enterprise healthcare companies establish their market presence.
• Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field — or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in Excel (comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, and chart creation) and PowerPoint (capable of producing clear, professional slides from data). Experience in working with data and analyzing it to create narratives, not merely reporting figures.
• Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail — this role involves managing recurring deliverables within a tight schedule where accuracy is critical. You are someone who takes ownership of processes and ensures follow-through.
• Equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a workplace devoid of harassment and discrimination.
• Opportunities for professional development.
