This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated region.
• Establish a robust and sustainable pipeline of enterprise clients.
• Interact with senior decision-makers at financial institutions.
• Lead consultative discussions that effectively translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Formulate and implement territory strategies.
• Oversee multiple concurrent enterprise opportunities.
• Propel deals through lengthy and structured sales cycles.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success in partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Remain closely aligned with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics within the fintech and payments sectors.
• Achieve ambitious growth and revenue objectives.
• Experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the fintech, payments, banking technology, or related financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of financial infrastructure, cross-border payments, or banking systems.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives in regulated industries.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience in international markets, particularly in regions such as Latin America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the United States.
• Existing networks within financial institutions or fintech ecosystems will be a significant advantage.
