This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Promptly follow up with warm inbound leads.
• Conduct calls for discovery and qualification with potential clients.
• Comprehend hiring challenges and recruitment needs.
• Present AlphaHire’s recruitment services along with its value proposition.
• Respond to client inquiries concerning our recruitment process.
• Foster strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with new clients.
• Gather comprehensive hiring requirements.
• Collect job descriptions and essential hiring information.
• Coordinate signed agreements and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM.
• Track the status of leads and follow-up activities.
• Schedule meetings and client calls.
• Prepare proposals and recruitment agreements.
• Keep an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and Account Managers.
• Communicate client priorities and expectations.
• Assist in enhancing sales processes and client experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in conducting meetings via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based business owners and executives.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
