This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify potential new molecule opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Articulate our value proposition, key differentiators from competitors, and opportunities for strategic bundling of services across our business unit.
• Analyze and comprehend the funding mechanisms, sources, and flow for small and emerging clients.
• Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and seminars to generate new leads.
• Facilitate successful proposals and play a crucial role during the contract negotiation phase.
• Oversee, update, maintain, and document all relevant activities in the CRM database, while sharing information and background on prospective clients within the territory with our stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field and/or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in selling Drug Product Services.
• Preferred experience in formulation development and commercial manufacturing.
• Established connections within pharmaceutical organizations in your designated territory.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to network within senior management levels.
• A dynamic and highly self-motivated individual.
• Proficient in managing Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, Zymewire, and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory, attend trade shows, team meetings, etc., and work remotely from a home office.
