This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, qualify, and oversee a D&ES pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth objectives, concentrating on Oracle solutions within the Federal sector.
• Identify and pursue opportunities related to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise business systems.
• Assist in formulating go-to-market strategies for Oracle-related opportunities, encompassing customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning.
• Utilize OEM sales or engineering expertise to connect Oracle capabilities with customer mission requirements and CACI's delivery strengths.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Federal clients, Oracle stakeholders, industry partners, and internal CACI teams.
• Collaborate with OEMs, industry partners, solution architects, and internal sectors to enhance teaming strategies and create differentiated capture plans.
• Prepare updates on customer accounts, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to facilitate Sector and Corporate decision-making.
• Support Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews alongside senior leadership.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activities within CACI’s internal systems.
• Collaborate across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to ensure compliant and persuasive proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 7 years of experience in Business Development, sales, account management, capture, or growth, particularly in supporting Federal Government technology opportunities.
• Experience in Federal sales focusing on enterprise software, cloud solutions, data services, ERP, application modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Oracle solutions, Oracle partner ecosystems, or similar enterprise technology platforms.
• OEM sales or engineering experience with the ability to convey technical capabilities into customer value and growth strategies.
• Comprehension of Federal acquisition environments, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience in supporting capture strategies, partner engagement, proposal development, and customer account planning.
• Must be a US Citizen with an Active Federal clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain the necessary clearance, public trust, or agency suitability determination.
