
Business Development Executive – Intel Enterprise IT Modernization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, qualify, and oversee a robust D&ES pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth objectives, particularly in Intelligence Community Enterprise IT Modernization and Agile Transformation.
• Identify and explore opportunities related to enterprise IT modernization, Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud migration, IT operations, application modernization, data platforms, secure infrastructure, and mission support services.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies, which include competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing evaluation, customer positioning, and the creation of distinct solutions.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with customers in the Intelligence Community, mission partners, industry collaborators, OEMs, and essential stakeholders.
• Work with industry partners and internal teams to devise effective teaming strategies and capture plans.
• Create executive-level reports, updates on customer engagement, opportunity briefs, and capture documentation to aid decision-making at both Sector and Corporate Executive levels.
• Facilitate Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior management.
• Assist in enterprise Business Development initiatives by optimizing workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring coherence across IC pursuits.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activities within CACI’s internal systems.
• Lead proposal development and guarantee adherence to business plans, solicitation requirements, customer expectations, and CACI growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth roles supporting Federal Government or Intelligence Community technology initiatives.
• Proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities in Enterprise IT Modernization, Agile Transformation, enterprise IT, cloud services, application modernization, DevSecOps, or digital modernization.
• Strong comprehension of Intelligence Community missions, acquisition landscapes, contract vehicles, customer priorities, and security protocols.
• Experience in crafting customer engagement strategies, pipeline plans, capture strategies, partner ecosystems, and opportunity qualification frameworks.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance or an equivalent agency clearance.
• More than 15 years of Business Development and capture experience with large-scale enterprise IT, mission IT, or modernization programs (preferred).
• Established customer relationships within the Intelligence Community (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud services, ITSM, application modernization, data platforms, cybersecurity, secure infrastructure, or enterprise operations (preferred).
• Experience in pursuing opportunities through significant IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order vehicles (preferred).
