Business Development Executive – Industrial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate executive relationships with industrial organizations throughout North America.

• Identify avenues for enhancing operational performance and expediting business transformation.

• Utilize your existing professional network alongside qualified opportunities generated by our Implementation Engineers' marketing and business development initiatives.

• Engage in executive discovery discussions with both inbound and outbound prospects fostered by our sales and marketing efforts.

• Gain insight into client challenges related to operations, engineering, maintenance & reliability, supply chain, digital manufacturing, organizational performance, and business transformation.

• Work collaboratively with our implementation teams to create customized solutions for clients.

• Introduce clients to our Program Design Phase (PDP), which often acts as the initiation point for larger implementation projects.

• Establish enduring client relationships built on trust, credibility, and measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Petroleum, or a related field).

• MBA is highly preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance & reliability, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.

• Proven track record of leading operational improvement, business transformation, or digital manufacturing projects.

• In-depth understanding of industrial operations and the challenges faced by contemporary manufacturing and industrial organizations.

• Executive presence with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities.

• Strong business acumen coupled with a consultative, solution-focused approach.

• An established professional network within industrial sectors.
