This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, qualify, and oversee a D&ES pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth priorities centered on DoW Enterprise Platform Solutions, modernization, and Agile Transformation.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies for digital modernization opportunities, which include customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning.
• Identify and pursue opportunities related to enterprise platforms, software modernization, cloud migration, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, ITSM, data-driven operations, and business process transformation.
• Collaborate with industry partners, OEMs, and internal sectors to support teaming strategies and create unique capture plans.
• Prepare customer account updates, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to facilitate Sector and Corporate decision-making.
• Assist with Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activities within CACI’s internal systems.
• Work collaboratively across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to support compliant and persuasive proposals.
• Contribute to enterprise BD initiatives aimed at improving pipeline discipline, minimizing bottlenecks, and enhancing alignment across D&ES pursuits.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth related to Federal Government or DoW IT opportunities.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise IT, digital modernization, platform solutions, software delivery, or Agile Transformation opportunities.
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition environments, customer engagement, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience in supporting capture strategies, partner engagement, proposal development, and customer account planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business development, capture, solution, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
• US Citizen, with the capability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• 8+ years of Business Development or capture experience within Federal Government or DoW technology programs (Desired).
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, cloud, DevSecOps, Agile software delivery, ITSM, data platforms, or digital transformation programs (Desired).
• Understanding of major Federal contract vehicles, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order-based growth (Desired).
• Existing relationships with customers or industry contacts across DoW, Defense Agencies, or 4th Estate organizations (Desired).
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (Desired).
