This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Drive direct client acquisition in the markets of Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
• Establish and nurture a valuable referral network with healthcare facilities and social service professionals.
• Conduct discovery calls with potential client families.
• Present services with both empathy and clarity.
• Manage active prospects while ensuring consistent follow-up.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in B2C or consultative settings.
• Proven experience in selling directly to families or individuals.
• Previous experience in developing referral networks with healthcare providers is a notable advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare and senior care sectors.
• Exceptional empathy and communication abilities in phone, video, and face-to-face interactions.
• Capability to manage a multi-stage pipeline concurrently.
• Comfortable operating in emotionally challenging situations.
