This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the divisional strategy aimed at expanding Labcorp’s diagnostics presence within hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and prominent physician organizations.
• Develop and nurture relationships at the executive level with healthcare leaders, including C-suite executives, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Identify and design partnership opportunities that are in line with Labcorp’s dedication to scientific innovation, operational excellence, and patient-focused care.
• Drive the expansion of key accounts by creating a relationship map to address gaps with important stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete deal execution process, encompassing needs assessment, proposal formulation, contract negotiations, and implementation planning.
• Strategize and implement a community outreach plan within the ecosystem in collaboration with health systems.
• Partner with internal teams to provide customized solutions that address client requirements.
• Keep track of trends in the healthcare market, changes in regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Create and deliver thorough quarterly business reviews.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within diagnostics, healthcare services, or life sciences.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital systems, physician group operations, and clinical diagnostics processes.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and finalizing complex, multi-million-dollar partnerships.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management abilities.
• A confident leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Availability to travel across the Atlantic division for meetings and training as required.
