📋 Description

• As a Business Development Executive at Halter, you will be instrumental in fostering business growth and ensuring customer success within your assigned territory.

• You will take charge of implementing sales strategies, cultivating strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious growth targets, while serving as Halter’s representative on the ground.

• This position demands a proactive and hands-on mindset, emphasizing both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.

• In this capacity, you will focus daily on initiatives that enhance growth performance and deliver value to your customers.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and other regional sales units, you will provide field insights to ensure Halter’s technology continuously meets the needs of farmers.

• Your efforts will directly contribute to Halter’s mission of enhancing productivity and sustainability on 50% of the world’s habitable landmass.

• A strong passion for aiding farmers in achieving success, along with experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector.

• A proactive individual who is motivated to surpass goals in a sales environment, with a proven track record of developing new business and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
