• Oversee and expand a designated territory comprising QSR and foodservice establishments.
• Cultivate robust relationships with café, takeaway, deli, and QSR outlet owners and managers.
• Identify and convert new locations to enhance product distribution.
• Enhance product availability and visibility within these establishments.
• Assist in the installation and optimization of chilled equipment.
• Execute retailer reward programs and promotional initiatives.
• Support the launch and testing of new products within QSR outlets.
• Utilize digital tools and data analytics to assess performance and boost sales rates.
• Conduct activities in alignment with brand standards and commercial goals.
• Regularly meet or surpass set KPIs and sales objectives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in FMCG, QSR, or foodservice.
• Strong skills in negotiation and influence.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in territory planning.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in the field.
• Confidence in managing your own territory and workload.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the TfL services.
