This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated region through networking in person, attending industry events, conducting office visits, and implementing targeted outreach strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate brokers, developers, builders, and other professionals in the industry to uncover new opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the Senior Regional Sales Director to develop new leads and accounts, ensuring adherence to the company's account ownership guidelines.
• Arrange qualified meetings, walkthroughs, presentations, or discovery calls for the Core Sales team.
• Execute office presentations, client introductions, and face-to-face meetings to inform prospective clients about the company's services and value proposition.
• Maintain a prominent presence within the local luxury real estate community by attending events, visiting brokerages, touring developments, and cultivating industry relationships.
• Diligently track all leads, contacts, and activities in Salesforce CRM and other related systems in accordance with company standards.
• Function with a high degree of independence while aligning with regional sales strategies and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with the Senior Regional Director, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and other internal teams to assist in research, outreach campaigns, and account development efforts.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Leadership regarding activity levels, new opportunities, and contributions to the pipeline.
• Assist with regional initiatives, market expansion efforts, and strategic growth programs as directed by the Senior Regional Sales Director.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, new business sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales or business development position focused on creating net new opportunities.
• Strong existing relationships in the real estate, development, construction, design, or related industries are highly preferred.
• Experience in a field-based, relationship-oriented sales environment.
• Capability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities with little guidance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Comfortable attending industry events, client meetings, and in-person appointments regularly.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Google Suite) to monitor activity, leads, and opportunities.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of collaborating with various teams across the organization.
• Ability to quickly grasp the company’s services, markets, and client types to represent the brand professionally.
