This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the growth of IDD test adoption within hospitals and major healthcare organizations from implementation to revenue generation.
• Identify, assess, and chase new business prospects across allergy, autoimmune, and related diagnostic markets, including urgent care and retail health centers.
• Formulate and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to boost testing volume, optimize menu usage, and back health system expansion efforts.
• Analyze customer requirements, deliver actionable business insights, and foster long-term customer advocacy to drive sustained growth.
• Effectively convey the clinical utility and economic value proposition of IDD testing to C-suite executives, business leaders, and clinical decision-makers.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement dynamics, laboratory operations, and payer/provider economics.
• Create and present persuasive business cases to advocate for increased testing adoption within IDNs, GPOs, ACOs, and regional health systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the internal commercial organization, ensuring effective resource allocation and smooth execution.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Strategic Account Executives (SAEs), Regional Managers, Clinical Sales Specialists (CSS), and Demand Generation leadership (DM) to activate coordinated growth strategies.
• Work in partnership with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to support aligned messaging and targeted campaigns.
• Engage in continuous training, field intelligence sharing, and performance evaluations linked to account strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of proven success in sales or business development within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated ability to surpass sales targets while navigating complex selling landscapes.
• Proven experience in crafting strategies that yield measurable growth in healthcare systems or diagnostic sectors.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement frameworks, provider/payer economics, and laboratory and hospital/IDN dynamics.
• A selection of national medical and dental plans, as well as a national vision plan, including health incentive programs.
